The spa facilities are fantastic, but the tennis courts were not operational .

The location was magnificent, adjacent to a getaway that includes scrumptious meals, nature and Banya / Bansko. Hotel's breakfast was large and varied with a vast options, home made goodies from local farm and quality products prepared and could satisfy any taste...

There was parking space to be needed.

Really enjoyed large and rich breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.

had really really nice stay even at the night and early morning, the staff were superfriendly, location was stunning far away from the ski area. location: the hotel was so close to the gondola, mountains, and the spa restaurant.

Had a blast enjoying the spa with its awesome pools and relaxing saunas. The room was really spacious too! Just a bit crowded at dinner, and the food could use more variety, especially for kids.

We appreciated the place and its rich and great breakfast.

Everything was simply well-maintained. Great and very useful hotel with very nice staff on our request. Having different soft drinks in the lobby bar was a very nice touch.

The double room with the TVs. Exceptional location, within walking distance of everywhere. Enjoyed good area.

The dinner was an ode to local flavors, with artisanal dishes crafted from farm-fresh ingredients that'll make your taste buds dance. And can we talk about that outdoor pool? The serene views of the forest made lounging there a slice of heaven!

While the complimentary water situation was a bit of a letdown-having to shell out extra for a glass felt cheeky-this didn't dim the charm of the place.

The spa facilities were excellent, and the relaxing deep tissue massage was rejuvenating. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool with its fine views.

Dinner lacked variety.

The food was excellent with lots of choices, and the staff were super friendly and polite. Our room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the SPA facilities were well maintained. The playroom for kids was a hit with my family, filled with toys!

Limited entertainment options after 10pm.

Pleasant and calm atmosphere

The hot pool was such a hit with our kids! We loved exploring the spacious spa area that offered plenty of peaceful retreats. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect if you're looking to hit the slopes at Bansko Ski Resort.

In my wife's opinion, the pillows could be better.

The breakfast and dinner offerings stood out, with a range of organic products, including amazing hot dishes, locally sourced vegetables, and unique flavors. The spa facilities provided a serene and rejuvenating experience, particularly the hammam and the outdoor pool with jacuzzi, all clean and well-maintained. There were minor signs of wear in the room that didn't detract from the overall comfort, but the power cut during breakfast required some adjustment in service, though staff managed it well.

The breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with interesting options like smoked fish and unique juice blends. The staff surprised us on my mother's birthday with a lovely gesture of champagne and fruit, a nice touch. I wish the outdoor pool had been warmer .

Recommend it for families

We spent our days enjoying the mineral pools , I loved the warmth of the water especially on the snowy days. The staff was super attentive .

It wasn't the cheapest option , but honestly worth every penny.
